The Carex Health Brand Sunlite Bright Light Therapy Lamp is the first light therapy lamp I've tried. Based on this experience alone I can say that this is one very bright light. It took me a couple of tries to turn it on, the on/off button is a little tough to work-it's on the bottom corner of the light and you need to have a good hold of the light while turning it on and off, you can't just use one hand. The light gets very hot--like super hot, I wouldn't use it for more than the lowest recommended time of 30 minutes. It's very lightweight and other than the on/off switch, isn't cumbersome to use. I haven't had it long enough to judge whether or not it makes a difference in how I feel, I'll update the review in a few months.
