These hold the most liquid of the bed pads that I have tried. They don't shed the insides either ... like some of the cheaper products. Buying on the internet is 50% cheaper then retail @ CVS Pharmacy. Yes, they are still expensive but you get what you pay for. I buy the largest, 31" X 36" and if only part is soiled, I cut that part off and keep using the clean section. Do whatever possible to maintain good skin care. Barrier Creams, change whenever wet, etc.. Prevention is cheaper and easier than caring for skin sores.
