Purchased this for my husband, who had a stroke. I chose the medium from the sizing requirements, which are based on height. My husband has long arms, so the medium dug into his shoulder, even after maximum adjustments were made. Had to repurchase the large size for him, which performed marvelously.

I hope the manufacturer starts basing the suggested sizes on arm length and shoulder width instead of height.
