I bought a pair of these custom insoles for my son (28 years old) years ago. (he is 35 now and still wearing them) His tennis shoes were wearing down terribly on one side. He made an imprint of his foot, sent off the 'casts' and now after years of use, I am buying another set of these insoles for him. His shoes DO NOT wear on one side like they used to wear. I highly recommend these and they are so much cheaper than going to a dr. and ordering a set!
