I bought this for my one year old to take to daycare but it never made it to daycare since we now use it at home for nap time in the living room. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the flannel side (blanket part) of the mat piles so you get these little balled up dots. This happened before we even washed it for the first time. My son doesn't seem to notice so I guess its not a big deal. Eventually we're going to bring it to daycare since its the perfect size for the little cots that they have there. One thing to note however, the carrying strap may need to be cut off as it could cause a stragulation hazard.
