The materials and workmanship are good as is the stability. I was kinda worried that it would be unstable. I weigh 300 lbs and there is no creaking or groaning when I lay down. I really like that is is fully adjustable. It took a little trial and error to get the height right on it. My only complaint is that there is a 4 to 1 ratio on the wifes massages to mine. I hadn't figured that one out yet. Ha Ha
