Pros:
* Package arrived well packed and on time
* Tiara's were pretty nice
* The party beads were nice
* Happy NYE sign was quite nice

Cons: Where do I begin? Basically half the box was thrown in the trash as it was useless.
* The NYE hats included in this kit are absolute garbage. We basically threw them all in the trash. They made no sense at all. They were cut in the oddest shapes you can imagine. Basically a set of cylinders and flat cones with the weirdest possible shapes cut into them. You would NOT want to wear these. There was lots of them in the box (which was the reason we even bought this kit) but we threw every single one of them away and bought some top hats at the local store last minute to replace.
* Serpentine Throws were basically a pile black paper mess also. this is not a toy nor a decoration so a total waste
* The "deluxe" noise-makers were bland and just black made from the cheapest plastic on earth.
* The balloons in this set were okay at best. We ordered other balloons from the same vendor which were great.
