I was in terrible pain from my neck to both shoulder blades. The pain was unbearable, I was just getting ready for the Civilian Military Combine, a cross fit competition. Anyway I needed double shoulder support and could not find anything decent in the US. I could find a lot of single shoulder support but, I needed a double. Anyway I got this From The Care via Amazon. I paid an extra 35 dollars to get it shipped quick and it came in 2 days from London to NYC. Anyway I put it on the first day I got it and I can feel the support right away and it really stopped the pain. I then went to the gym and broke it in with a work out and some cardio. It does take a day to get really use to it so if you are going to wear it for a race or competition, I would wear it a day before. Now this made from neoprene so it can make you a hot and you it can hold sweat but, it a great trade off. Anyway I wore it today for the CMC Urban Assault in Brooklyn, NY. I am 42 years old and I was able to complete the whole event thanks to this supporter without it. I would not have been able to do one military press or kettle swing. BUY THIS THING if you need it. I bought an XL I have a 50 inch chest and its true to size.
