I've used MPS Gold 100(combined with MPS Gold 3X) for the last 2 years. I mix 1 scoop with about 4-6 oz's of water and take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning(per the manufacturers suggestion). The taste is ok(think very watered down aloe flavor with a slight slight bit of salt) but the taste is a non issue. As for the effects, it took a few days to notice a difference and it really seemed to be clear after about 8-10 days. To describe the effects of the product, I would first say that overall I just felt better. I seemed to have more consistant energy throughout the day and evening vs. mid morning and mid afternoon crashes...which were common for me between meals. I was happy to have the experience of more consistant energy as I was beginning to think something was wrong with me given my energy crashes throughout the day. Again, overall i just felt better and my mood was better because I felt better. In the past 2 years there were 2-3 occasions where I forgot the product on business trips and always noticed a decrease in my energy after a few days without the MPS. After seeing that dynamic on few occasions, I knew the product really did what it was supposed to do. One interesting aspect is that I did not miss a single day of work due to illness over the two year span...including the winter months. I can't ever remember going a full 2 years without missing a day or two of work due to a severe cold or flu. Coincidence...maybe, but I don't believe so. So for me yes the product is expensive, but I get about two months per can, so it costs the same as buying a cup of coffee(about $1.60) per day. I just stopped buying coffee each day and instead bought the MPS. I have seen it for less than $100 if you search on line, actually closer to $80.
