It's virtually impossible to find capsuled flax seed oil without gelatin. When I didn't really know (or rather didn't really want) to care that I was ingesting gelatin, I took flax seed oil capsules that did wonders for me. I remember having so much energy, never getting sick and just feeling great when I had it.

Recently, I've become more careful about what I eat and didn't want to have gelatin in my diet (I am vegetarian). I started purchasing raw flax seeds and incorporating a tsp or so in my food.
