While the company openly sells "Phillips" brand bulbs individually and shows a picture of a Phillips bulb for this item, do not be deceived that this is what you will get with the pack of 12 item.

I'm thrilled that I got my money back and compliment the seller for professional operations. Now I realize that I should have cited the misleading picture of a Phillips bulb (one of the few without a brand name scrawled across the face) rather than the abysmal quality of the light produced by the bulbs received (with "DAMAR" scrawled across their faces) as a reason for return. I could have saved $14 in return shipping.

I chide the seller for selling such an inferior product with a "premium" tag line, a "premium" price and an inaccurate picture. These bulbs are by a little known wholesale only manufacturer and not fit for standard household illumination.
