After finally receiving a case ( after one month) that was intact, I am happy with the product. What I am NOT happy about is the whole process. After receiving the first case that was broken I was told to return it. I reordered and returned the damaged one. The second one I received had a broken tray. I was told one would be sent as a replacement. I received the tray yesterday and was finally able to use the case as intended.

I have never received credit on my American Express card for the first case that I returned (I paid $20.00 shipping for this one). To return this damaged case I paid $28.00 shipping. For the second case that I ordered I paid another $20.00 shipping. I find all this excessive. I can only hope that my credit (when I do get it) will reflect credit for shipping costs .
