The necklace is attractive and actually seems to work. I have had numerous neck surgeries and suffer from stiffness and pain every minute of everyday. It may be my imagination, but when wearing the necklace the pain and stiffness seem to be lessened. Unfortunately, the pins keep falling out of the necklace. I have contacted Accents Kingdom 2 times. The first time within 90 days of purchasing the necklace. This was the first time that a pin fell out. They could not or would not help. I actually took the necklace to a local jeweler to get it repaired. The second time was this week. Again, Accents Kingdom refuses to help. I did not ask them to give me the pins, I would happily pay for them. They continue to say that they can't help. This time I will find another necklace and toss this one.

Do not purchase from Accents Kingdom. They have NO customer service.
