I have Lyme disease and have severe tendon pain and cramping in my legs at night...tried everything else supplement/diet-wise...my doctor recommended these (for other reasons) and after a few weeks use I realized they significantly reduced my leg cramps! Obviously I'm no doctor and can't say they will work for everyone but if they can take away leg cramps then I'm sure they can do other good things. I don't really believe they are for the purpose of "pulling out toxins" but I think they give your body systems an extra boost for combating fatigue, etc. I also notice my cramps get worse around the full moon, so I make sure to wear them every night around that time. In 5 yrs of using patches I've only had one major (as in I can't walk on my leg for 24 hrs) cramp while wearing them! I also make sure to have them when I travel to help combat fatigue from walking.
