My father is really pleased with this rollator. It was easy to get in working shape out of the box, and is easy to fold for transport in the trunk of a car. I thought my father might have trouble remembering to set the hand brakes, but they are easy to use and he has no trouble conscientiously remembering to use them. He finds the seat very comfortable, and the backrest/bar a real help. He (or a companion) also lifts this handy bar to gently lift the rollator over rough spots in the pavement or even up a shallow step. Also, his physical therapist was surprised and impressed at the low price. All in all, an excellent item.
