Updated review: Seems to be lessening my chronic sinusitis. I weigh 145 - 150 pounds, taking 8 lozenges per day. If I keep getting better I will give it 5 stars, as expensive but worth it. I am taking the unflavored lozenges, as I got shingles after trying the flavored ones with sucralose in them. No problem with the unflavored. Trying to get the correct order, or a refund, from the manufacturers was a nightmare, resolved only by a complaint to the BBB. I will say that subsequent to that the company responded satisfyingly. Summing up, at this point I am pleased to have got the stuff, a good product, but order from GNC, Amazon, or someone other than Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals.
