I gave this 5 stars because to be honest it does what it is supposed to do and Ferno is almost standard equipment choice in outfitting emergency response vehicles so it is a well known brand.

I have ordered fron bp Medical Supplies on more than one occasion and have been satisfied with both their price and response.

To anyone who is not too sure this device straps to a full spinal board with special slots for its use to stabalize a victim's head on the spinal board.
