My Colon Cleansing Kit Review

I read about the Uni-Key products in an article in First Magazine for Women. This was not an ad but a "true" story of a woman who was experiencing all types of gastrointestinal problems along with fatigue, headaches and brain fog. Since it was written by a real person, I figured I could trust the information and since I was experiencing the same symptoms she was, I figured what the heck? I went to their website and read all these stellar reviews- almost too good to be true. But, I purchased the kit directly from Uni-Key anyway expecting the same remarkable results.
The opposite of what was supposed to happen, happened to me. I became totally constipated the first 3 days- the reverse of what was supposed to happen- so I gave it up and instantly felt better. The "diet" is so restrictive and seems backwards. No dairy, no gluten, no raw foods (including salad), no fruit or fruit juice the first 2 weeks, no cold foods or beverages, and no sweeteners, even honey or natural sweeteners. Everything has to be cooked or room temperature. VERY restrictive. Also, you have to take the pills at a certain time before eating and drink the liquid at other times- my work schedule and life schedule is very difficult to plan these times, but I made it work and it still didn't help me.
And Uni-Key only offers a refund for UNOPENED products. So, basically I am stuck with this crap that doesn't work. How am I supposed to know it doesn't work unless I open it and try it? Did I give it a fair try? 3 days of not eliminating was enough for me- too painful to continue. And considering all the gluten free products and non dairy products I purchased to do this correctly it was an expensive lesson.
