These are just wonderful! They are a nice weight and not flimsy even as large as they are they hold up and don't flex under the weight of the food. We bought these for our Christmas dinner buffet and they were just perfect. No one wanted to throw them away as they were just 'too good to waste'. They would wash up and reuse well but we specifically purchased to be able to have easy clean up so we did toss them. They are a great size for dinner, even though they sound too large, they are just the right. There is a raised 'lip' that is great to hold onto and the recessed plate portion is just right for dinner portions.
