One day, when I was out to lunch with a friend, Aunt Flo visits and finds me unprepared. My friend offered me one of these pads and I was impressed. While they can shift, as any pad can, the gel is really amazing and absorbent. It absorbs 'floods' better than the average pad.

They do trap odor, moisture, and do NOT fall apart or stick to you. The panty-liners can even be used with 'pretty' panties that don't have much of crotch.

I find the packaging a bit annoying, for it can be difficult to pull a pre-wrapped pad out of the foil pouch opening that isn't as wide as the pad, so I just take out a few at a time. Also, the panty-liners don't have the sticky tab to seal the package when you throw it away. Why? You need it just the same as on the others.

I have to say, buying them in bulk via Amazon is cheapest.

Winalite, like so many other companies is a multi-level fiend. It is also an Asian-owned company. I hate multi-level marketing with a passion, so I will not buy from a person peddling any product unless I am assured a wholesale price. After buying these for $10 a package a couple of times, the savings really adds up if you buy the $120 box from Amazon - this is equivalent to the wholesale price and breaks the price down to about $6/ pkg. They are still a bit steep when compared to the mass produced Kotex, Always and the like, but these don't make me itch, scratch, or do anything else unladylike. I think they're well worth the money spent.

I still use my cloth pads (Love Moon from Australia) on occasion, but these, for me, are so much better. I'm sure the ion strips can be used for many different things, but for me, they get used for their intended purpose, once a month. I am buying my second box and between these and Instead, I'm set.
