What an amazing piece of technology for the price. Totally "plug and play". A snap to get working! And I had called customer service with a few questions before I ordered it, and they were so knowedgeable and helpful. So, 5 stars to customer service too! Maryann ( my blind friend ), although she could see the words on the page while viewing her books, mail and whatnot on her 42' TV SCREEN, it was a bit overkill. She found it much more convientent, easier to use and read when we hooked it up to a 22" TV/copmputer monitor and set up a small computer cart on wheeles! So now she can even roll it into the kitchen to look at recipies. Now it's perfect for her. She cried when she realized it had a color setting, so when we set it up...and used the screen lock feature, she was able to really enjoy looking at pictures of her grandchildren for the first time. What a blessing. My hope is that anyone who is visualy impaired , but still has some vision left, will be able to use this product to significantly improve their quality of life.
