My husband and I have been using Andrew Lessman Complete vitamins for years. I had a big falling out with HSN where I used to buy them, so we have been out for a looong time. I was so excited to see them available through Amazon. I bought them as soon as I saw them listed. These are the same familiar purple packets of 5 clear capsules that I have come to know. The vitamins are delivered in powder form inside the clear capsules. This way I know that they are dissolving completely in my system instead of sitting partially dissolved if at all inside my intestines like so many solid form vitamins do. I never get an upset stomach even though I take them as soon as I wake up in the morning - empty stomach and all. And I feel the difference since I have started back on Complete. My energy is way up there and my overall "awareness" and focus is much sharper. I'll not run out of these again!
