I bought this product through another website. I searched and searched for real reviews and couldn't find any. I still gave it a try. I have VERY thick wavy hair. I followed exactly what the instructions said. I have a lot of hair, the whole process took me about 5 1/2 hrs to complete. and half a bottle of the treatment. I flat iron my hair at 450 degrees and continued to do for the next 3 days. On day 3 I washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner it provided. After drying my hair (always do so with a T-shirt because towels cause frizz) my hair was so soft I couldn't believe it. I let it hair dry and it was still wavy but with about 50% less volume, which is GREAT!! Now was time to straighten my hair. Before this product it would take me about an hour, hour and half to do. Now it only took me 20 min. IMPRESSED YES!!!! I can say the 5 hrs I spent in front of the mirror were worth it. I wish my hair would've stayed pin straight, but its ok. I recommend this product if you have time to sit there with alot of patience and have patience to wait 3 day before you can wash your hair.
