The D.O.T. certification of the oxygen rack speaks for itself in assuring a safe way to carry a very volatile product. My 5-star review concerns the company selling this product. My husband's high-flow oxygen needs makes it necessary for us to carry 4-6 E-cylinder oxygen cylinders when we are away from home. In searching for a safe way for us to do this, I jumped the gun in ordering what appeared to be exactly what we needed without first measuring the trunk space in our compact vehicle. When I found (the next day) that the rack would not fit, I sent an email through amazon asking if a cancellation of the order was possible. Even though the seller had already prepared the rack to ship (and sent the tracking information), he wrote a nice note telling me he had cancelled the shipment and refunded my money. I will certainly give this seller my first consideration in the future...it's hard to find a seller who will fix his/her own mistakes, thus I'm astounded to find one willing to fix mine!
