I purchased this Chest and back guard for my 16 year old daughter to wear when she pitched during High school and travel ball games. I initially wasn't sure how she would react to wearing the shield. If it was uncomfortable or too confining she was not going to wear it but with that in mind I ordered it anyway. The process to mold the panels is very easy, the only thing is it takes about 30 minutes for the panels to harden so make sure you don't have any plans once you open the packages. My daughter loves the shield and most of the time she does not realize she has it on. It is comfortable and does not restrict movement during pitching, fielding or batting. I would definitely recommend this system to any concerned parent
