8/14/12 *UPDATE
So I sent an email to KT company complaining about my tape not meeting the claim they have on the KT PRO tape. Within a day I get an email back from KT tape saying that they'll send me a new pack. Two days later I get the new pack, try it out and immediately i can tell that this tape has different adhesive. I'm not sure how since both are KT Pro's but it seems the batch I got has old adhesive?

I've used about 10 tapes on this new pack and they all have lasted more than 7 days. Very good adhesive and lasted through 100 degree 3 hour tennis sessions and multiple showers, clorine in the apartment pool.

Do not hesitate to get this. It's not about the product but how you back it up. and KT has done that with flying colors.

i really wanted to like KT tape since they do such a good job of making video's seems like a great tape.. but it doesn't stay.

I tried shaving, rubbing alcohol, ZERO stretching on tape and stretching the area.. everything.. it just doesn't stay once I start sweating.

If you want tape that really works stick with Kinesio Gold. and not any, the tan color. I tried blue kinesio gold and that also doesn't stick worth ****.

I'd return this but I used about 6 tapes trying different application methods, and not sure if Amazon will take it back. There goes hundred bucks.

So after using this for months.. and still having 1/3 roll left.. I just have to say.. stay away if you're not going to use it fast. the adhesive seem to have a shelf life. even in a ziplock bag. worked great for first couple of months then stopped staying on

My advice is go with the one doctors use. Rocktape.
